Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because every design is prepared specifically for your room, this policy sets out clearly when a refund is possible.

Before work begins

If you cancel before design work has started, you receive a full refund. Just email info@liwanstudio.com or send a WhatsApp message.

After work has begun

Once your design is underway, the fee covers time already spent on your project. If you cancel after work has started but before the first presentation is delivered, a partial refund of 50% is offered.

After delivery

Once your completed design presentation has been delivered, the work is considered complete and fees are non-refundable. Your included round of revisions remains available so the design can be adjusted to suit you.

If something goes wrong

If your design is not delivered, or does not match the scope agreed in writing, contact us and we will either correct it or refund you in full. We would always rather put a project right than leave you unhappy.

Changes of scope

Adding rooms or changing direction mid-project is quoted separately and agreed with you before any extra work or charge.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned by the same method used for payment, normally within 14 days of being agreed.
