LIWAN Studio (“we”, “the studio”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you send an inquiry through the contact form, that may include:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your country, room type, package of interest, approximate room size, budget, and timeline, where you provide them
  • anything you write in the message field
  • photographs or measurements you later send us by WhatsApp or email

Our website uses a caching and performance plugin which may store standard technical data such as your browser type and general region. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build marketing profiles about visitors.

How we use it

  • to reply to your inquiry and recommend a suitable package
  • to prepare and deliver your design if you choose to proceed
  • to keep a record of our correspondence about your project

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we process your information on the basis of your consent (given when you tick the consent box on the contact form) and, once a project begins, to perform our contract with you.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on your project. Completed project files are kept for up to 3 years. You may ask us to delete your information sooner.

Who can see it

Your information is stored on our website host (Hostinger) and in our email inbox. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. Only the studio has access to your inquiry.

Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email info@liwanstudio.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
