These terms apply to design services provided by LIWAN Studio. By booking a project you agree to them.

Our services

LIWAN Studio provides remote interior design: a design concept for your room delivered digitally, including 3D views, a mood board, furniture and material recommendations, and shopping guidance. We are a design studio — we do not carry out construction, installation, or project management, and we do not sell furniture.

What you provide

• accurate room measurements, photographs, and a description of how you use the space
• your style preferences, practical needs, and approximate budget
• timely responses so your project can move forward

Designs are prepared using the measurements you supply. Because the studio works remotely, we cannot verify site conditions, and we are not responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate measurements or information.

Fees and booking

Prices are listed on the Services & Pricing page in Kuwaiti dinars. USD figures shown on the site are approximate and for guidance only; your confirmed quote states the final amount and currency. A project is booked once the fee is paid and the scope is confirmed in writing.

Delivery

A single room is typically delivered within 5–7 working days of receiving your complete brief, and multi-room projects within 10–14 working days. Timelines are estimates and are confirmed before work begins; delays in receiving information from you will extend them.

Revisions

One round of revisions is included with each room design. Additional rounds, added rooms, or a change of direction after work has begun are quoted separately and agreed with you first.

Ownership and use

Design materials are prepared for your personal use in the room they were designed for. You may share them with your contractor or suppliers. LIWAN Studio retains copyright in its drawings, visuals, and documents, and may show non-identifying images of the work as portfolio or concept material unless you ask us in writing not to.

Third-party products

Furniture, materials, and finishes are recommendations only. Availability, pricing, quality, and delivery are the responsibility of the supplier you purchase from. We are not liable for products bought from third parties.

Liability

Our liability in connection with a project is limited to the fee paid for that project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
